I don't think this one is going to get stopped at all. J. Diaz has way more speed, is stronger, has a wee bit more power and is just plain ten times the fighter that David Diaz is. No offense to D. Diaz, but he just don't compare to Juan Diaz. Anyway, this fight is not getting stopped, or more to the point, no one is getting knocked out in this fight. Juan Diaz is way too tough to get stopped this early in his career.

I read somewhere, and that was many moons ago that David Diaz' original purse was $500K. Manny fought for him to get at least $800K, and that's what it says on the contract. After the fight, Pacman decided to add another $200 Gs to make it a nice round figure (1M). That extra came from his own pocket, and I don't know any other boxer who would have done the same... That's some really great sportsmanship. We all know Diaz wasn't making much with his career in terms of financial compensation, he was still driving the same beat up used car he's always had I believe. It was nice for Manny to give him the biggest payday of his career. Though Pacquiao returned the favor by taking out $1 million worth of David's ass. :lol1:

I can't see Diaz getting stopped especially after the beating he took from Campbell where he never went down. I'm not sure I can really see JMM getting stopped either but I think there is a greater chance of this happening.

No, no it wont. Marquez may be almost as good a fighter as Pacquiao, but he does not have the same kind of power. And it isnt close. Juan Diaz is several levels above David Diaz, that isnt really a good comparison. There is no way this fight is that one sided. I hope someone sigs this quote if it is.
