I am really pissed off! I set my alarm clock on my mobile for 1:30 so I can get up ready for the Arce fight because I was slightly tired and thought I would get a little bit of sleep before hand. I only went and slept through my alarm and missed the fight... I was really looking forward to is as well! :davil2:
I watched a few highlights this morning and it looked like an amazing fight... and I have heard on here it was a great fight too... :banghead:
Ah well... shit happened I guess. :thumbsdow
I can sympathize. A few years back when Gonzalez fought Montiel I knew I was going to be away, so I set my DVR. My cable was messed up though, and the recording didn't work (it froze just a short way in). Anyway, turned out that the fight was an uneventful snoozer, but I was still pissed that I missed it.
Well guys, it is the first tie it happened to me... I have felt like doing it before but haven't dared too just in case I sleep through it... it last night I thought "Ah **** it, my alarm always gets me up..." I was wrong... :lol1:
Well, I have learned from my mistakes... next time I will just stay up or something, then once the fight is over I'll go straight to bed. You all are right it is a horrible feeling.
I got college Mondays-Thursdays... and didn't want to put myself in a shit sleeping pattern... next time I will do what I normally do, get only about 4 hours sleep Sunday morning... and go to bed early for Monday to get up bright and early! :D
Yeah I could just miss the fight but I love Boxing too much! Even if it means stopping up until 05:00 in the morning! :D
:lol1: ive done that many times, i i know how you feel:D
I must admit... I randomly woke up at 08:30 and thought SHIT! :lol1:
It is a horrible feeling...
It was OK, not amazing. Quite sloppy. One-sided. These are not the kind of fights I enjoy. It's all about ebb and flow, but this fight had none.
