Why do the Wlad fans react so aggressively towards the idea that David Haye can put him away? Agreed Haye definately doesn't belong in the p4p top ten and Wlad's dominance is unquestionable, but I can't help feeling this hostility stems from the fact that there is a fair chance Haye can score a victory in either Klitscko fight. just an observation......

His latest fight vs Margarito was a huge mismatch against himself. Being 37 years of age he won not only convincingly but by brutal KO, against a man in the prime of his career, not some 43 year old magazine champion. It just beats me how can a fake box for shit hype job like Joe Calzaghe, who will probably not fight again in the states, can grab the number #2 p4p spot and a legend like Mosley can't??? This is what very wrong with boxing, we tend to put crap ahead of real talent based on popularity. My top 6 p4p list: 1) Manny Pacquiao 2) Shane Mosley 3) Manuel Marquez 4) David Haye 5) Joe Calzaghe 6) Chad Dawson horrible on many different levels Mosley is back in the top 10 but not #2, I mean as good as he looked against Margarito, he struggled against Mayorga in his previous bout. Dawson is alittle high (I'd say fringe top 10) but maybe you are working on spec. I wont even go into Haye at #4:trink26:

I gotta say I disagree with you... I don't think he deserves the #2 spot, I think he belongs in top 5 though. Don't get me wrong... I loved him beating Margarito, and think he pulled off a magnificent display... however I don't think it is quite enough to gain the #2 spot. Just my opinion though... others may disagree and some may agree.

I agree, Wlad will KO Haye pretty easily and then the haters here will not give him proper credit. Haye will be suddenly "overrated, blown up, chinny etc." I also think that Wlad should be ranked in the top 10 P4P. Wladimir has been dominating the HW division for several years now and has destroyed every top contender winning almost every round no less. Wlad's losses were a long time ago and Manny has corrected the problems that lead to his defeats.

He totally dominated that division. When he was on his way out NO ONE called him out, no one. He had all 4 belts. Weak chinned Macca still had 2 belts and I'm pretty sure you picked him to win. Just face it, he's clear that division out and now he's gonna try and run over your boy too. One of them is gonna get KTFO, there is no way the fight goes the distance. Haye's persona is MUCH more likable than robotic Wladimir :P so i kinda fancy him to win.

Haye will be top 3 once he cracks Wlad's chin in July. My ability to predict outcomes is uncanny (see Judah's uppercut of Cotto) and mark my words the class difference between Wlad and Haye will be unbelieveable. Wlad has no inside game or any kind of instinct. Haye will spark him cold. Is the fight signed? I won't trust it to happen until it's signed. After that it's a pick'em fight, in a funny way China vs Crystal would be an appropriate tittle. Whoever lands first will win this. Haye's movement is the key here. If he gets Wlad hurt, trust me he will finish him.

Haye is not even in the top 25 He is. Whether you like it or not (and you obviously don't) he is. If he manages to win vs Wladimir he'll definitely be top 5 at the very least.

You can't get bigger than that. Also i totally forgot about Bernard Hopkins I'd put him between Marquez and Haye probably based on his W vs Pavlik. The thing is, Pavlik although he's one of my favorites he was still a little bit green when he faced Hopkins whereas Margarito was in his absolute overall prime when he lost to Mosley. I just feel Mosley deserves allot more credit than he's getting.

Margarito is one dimensional and tailor made for a boxer like Shane, that's why he's been out-boxed so many times in his career. Shane should be ranked about #10 P4P. 1 win over an overrated, cheating fighter doesn't get you to the top of the P4P list.

How can you put Chad Dawson in your top 5. His best wins are over a old Tarver, old Glen Johnson and a weight drained Adamak. I know these are still decent wins, but they don't compared to the resume of Israel Vasquez, Rafael Marquez, Bernard Hopkins and Ivan Calderon. You can't just take into account skill, you also have to look at how much the fighter has being tested by quality opponents.

I agree David Haye should be in the top 5. Not sure about his chin but that's for what he accomplished at cruiserweight mostly, he deserves it for a long time now. The only reason he's not in the "official" rankings (for all they're worth) is because he wasn't boxing on HBO.
