(waiting for welter-skelter to come in here and say that what I'm saying isn't true just for attention and so boxingscene members think he's cool)
welter-skelter paid me to say that's not true and that he's cool
just kiddin
The 120-106 scorecard was not really too outlandish, because you could make a case for Urango in every round. Ngoudjo never dominated in any round, and in several rounds he was just trying to survive.I agree, if you think this fight was close then you're letting Teddy's biased calling of the fight affect your scoring here because Urango was landing the bigger shots in nearly every round and did deserve the wide UD victory he got here.
No controvery here, the right man won the fight.
canada boxing is imcompetent
examples? for every ****up in canada, I could name 10 in the states and europe. you are talking with sentiments not logic.
As far as fan atmosphere? My city has a fight of the year, and used to fill up Old Arco Arena back in the day when Tony Lopez was fighting.
I'm happy that boxing is huge in your city, man. But to call it the best in the world? Don't know about that one, bud.
Really, I'm pissed that I missed the card tonight. My DVR is on the fritz. Was it any good?
didn't watch it, went to a friends b-day party.
quality post. how about posting your disagreeing argument instead. ;)

boxing is bigger in Montreal than any other city in the world including Vegas. Minor fights fill 15-20k seats which is more than most blockbuster fights in Vegas do. Vegas probably makes more money because of the celebrities and expensive seats but montreal attracts more fans and they are more passionate and loud.

:rofl::rofl::rofl: WOW.....
boxing as a whole should ban Canada from being involved in any way shape or form

120-106 was ridiculous IMO, I mean I expected something shady to happen in Canada, this time it was the 5 minute round, I never expected Urango to get a 120-106 score in Ngoudjo's backyard, 120-106 was ridiculous in and of itself, it was even more ridiculous that it happened in his opponent's backyard.
