i invite my dad up to my house, we drink some beer, talk boxing, then watch the fight, he used to be a middleweight, its cool to see him getting into it and defending the punches as he watches, some of the greatest times of my life... Was his name Vinny Pazienza?

Im suprised at the amount of people who smoke weed before fights. Nothing wrong with it, just a little suprised. I wouldnt think getting high and watching Boxing would go all that well together. I guess the amount of people getting ****ed up on here before fights explains alot of the scoring you see on here afterwards. :lol1: Are you kidding me? Getting sparked makes watching a fight ten times better. Especially when you watch it on a big screen in HD. It feels like you're there in the ring tasting Gatti's blood.

stock up my lil fridge in my man room with plenty of beer, warm up my 62' tv, barbacue some carne asada and hot links, get the suds flowing, get loud during the fight and have a blast. after the fight i'll pull out a couple of fights i have on disc and keep the party going. good times

The only things I need for a fight is my bong, some liquor or beer, and a sheet of paper to score the fight.

Nothing really. I just watch the fight. I will watch with friends if they know Boxing, but I like to actually hear the fight rather then "Hey ****ers! Guess what I did yesterday!" and if I have time and gas money I like to make the drive to my parents to watch the fights with my Dad. Other then that I just watch.

One thing I'll never do is watch a fight at a bar. I did that once and the entire time I had to argue with the ****in bar tender who kept trying to change the channel so him and his redneck patrons could watch nascar. I made sure I pissed all over their bathroom floor before I left.

I can't stand watching boxing with non-boxing fans. Spend half the time explaining to some dumbass who Cotto is and who Margarito is and what a Welterweight is and who Larry Merchant is and why Zab Judah sounds like a 4 year old autistic child. I feel you bro, when my boys call and ask can they bring so and so, i say are they boxing fans? If the answer is no, i tell em they can bring em but they better buy a bunch of beer/liquor, i aint trying to have fools i dont know drink all my shit when they have no idea about boxing, i charge them more!!! As for my homies tho, i got like 30-40 good friends who all dig boxing and have been watching it from the get go, my best friend and i grew up together since we was 6 watching his uncle(Loretto Garza) and my uncle(Tony Lopez), fight and we've been big boxing fans ever since............ When a BIG fight comes on, shit my house is packed, tons of food, drank, smoke, ladies.......its all Bueno!!!

Get a couple of cats over and drink it up. For a big fight, I always try to get some cats over who are non fans or casuals to try and convert em. In a perfect world everybody I know would get down on the sweet science. Of course I wanna have a women wit me so I can get her into the fights too. Beer is my only requirement. Usually I watch alone because my friends don't watch boxing. 1 is the lonliest #

I always stay in on big fight nights (they're at like 4am over here so there's time to go beforehand) - but I prefer to stay in and build anticipation Plus I don't want any mates asking to come over and watch the fight cos I like watching them alone lol, no obligations to socialise and shit - which i can't be arsed for at 4am Then a pizza, beer and old fight DVD's before the programme starts is me

Candles, tub of lube and a rubber glove. No food or booze? Kinda lame!
