lol thats funny, cuz paz is quoted as saying in his corner
"i cant do anything, i cant do anything to him"
they respond with...
"I know........"
sup jeffries
Sup Reed, just noticed that Jim Traylor gave Paz a round in his fight with Roy. What the fck fight was he watching? That fight reminded me a bit of Ali/Cleveland Williams as a pure masterpiece. Must be pretty messed up to be in the ring with someone and know there isn't a damn thing you can do to win.
Eats you up inside that he's recognized as the #2 or #3 best boxer in the world, doesn't it?
My favorite Roy fight is the Griffin rematch, where Roy knocks him clean across the ring.
yes it does cause he is clearly the number 1 boxer in the world.
That heat seeking left hook that followed him across the ring was awesome.
After watching Griffin give him a bit of trouble in the first fight, and not the usual shutout, I never would've guessed such a dominating and quick ending in the rematch.

One of mine as well, the story going into it was amazing. Griffin hands Superman his toughest fight to date and his first loss, Roy Jones shows he was just toying with him the first fight and leaves no reason at all for a rubber match.

joe calzaghe the supermiddle WBO champ of the world fought mitchell coming off a loss so why can't richard hall who had lost 3 in a row? and hall wasn't floored like calzaghe. why would i talk about anyone else when the great joe calzaghe is around?

Fought Calzaghe's retread coming off a loss and still took twice as long as the feather fisted Calslappy (as you call him) to put him away. Do you ever post about anyone besides Joe BTW, just curious?

that was bryant brannon :fing02:
You sir, get much respect from me as the only person I know who can match (or beat? We'll see.... =P) me in Roy Jones knowledge.

Mitchell dropped Joe, plus that stoppage sucked.
He's also got several fights (****, can't remember exactly which, time to pull out the ol' career set =P) where he hits his opponent with like 4 consecutive left hooks. Prime Roy is not human.

Watch the Derrick Harmon fight. In Round 8 or 9 with :33 seconds left Roy Jones throws 7 punches in 1 second. (Landing 6) Its the most amazing thing Ive ever seen done in the ring. Roy is the greatest fighter Ive ever seen.
