Yeah US ppv is only a small part of this equation. Money spends the same no matter where it comes from. You don't look at ppv as the be all end all, you look at how much revenue came in from both fighters period. That's what, in the end matters, and historically Hatton brings in more. It's not like people from the uk aren't going to show up in vegas, or not buy the ppv. That's the point I am trying to make. Look at the total historical revenue of both fighters. But I am arguing for your boy but in a different way. Mayweather made double the ppvs than Pac did fighting the same guy. Mayweather doesn't bring in more livegate fans than Pac, but Hatton does. Add Hatton's live fans plus all those uk fans and that's serious money. Pac can't accomplish the same financially even though he has a whole country backing him... Mayweather's deal would always be better than Pac's. And since there is no way in hell Pac-Hatton does better than Mayweather-Hatton, Hatton has a better position to bargain. Hey but 5% of 30 million dollars is 1.5 million dollars. that's a lot of legacy to leave on the table... don't ya think? :D That's nothing to what he's gonna get even if he takes a pride pill with 45%. Pacman already has loads of legacy, that's his bait he's trying to get Ricky to bite. He is asking the Hit Man if he's willing to sacrifice just 10% of his take for a legacy defining opportunity, not just a business opportunity, but like everything else in boxing, it comes with the price.
