Thanks for the reply, T. I'm on Mainland St, between Smithe and Nelson, and yeah, certainly a lot of beautiful girls walking around here checking out the shops, bars and restaurants. If there's nothing here or on Hamilton maybe I'll head over to Granville and look for a place with HBO. While exploring the area today I came upon Hastings and Main St. Pretty sad . . .

I'm in Yaletown for a few days, any sports bars where I can catch the fights on HBO tonight (and yes, in the states, the scumbags do the same thing - promote live fights that are not live, but delayed - usually to force feed you other product such as past events they showed, or upcoming promos.) thanks . . . HBO Canada pisses me off. But at least they have the boxing matches on-demand when they are done. What I hate the most is TSN. They bought the rights for the NBA All-Star Weekend. So last night, instead of showing the Celebrity Game (my man T.O. won MVP again) and the Rookie-Sophomore challenge, they show ****IN HOCKEY. I HATE ****IN HOCKEY. They put the NBA stuff on TSN 2, a channel Rogers does not even carry. Basically bell satellite and a few other garbage providers have. So they cockblock The Score and Sportsnet by buying the rights, only to not show it. Looking forward to moving to LA in the next year.

This happens in the US as well. I remember reading in the ESPN chat.. someone complained about this.

Well that's just the thing Hector. TSN will not show fights for a minimum of 30 days after now because of this, some rights or something, for example the Berto Collazo will be shown February 21 on TSN lol. I wrote a scathing email to HBO canada, probably won't do a thing but at least i can get it off my chest. The Margs Mosely fight will indeed be live tho it seems as they have it on the website as 10 EST 8 Mountain so that would be 7 pacific. Maybe the B.A.D. card didn't warrant the live treatment who know's I just don't like being lied to and hope they don't do the same for the Mayorga Angulo BAD card. It seems wrong that there were probably many people watching that fight because they saw it on the listings and thought it was live when it was not. Bullshit i say.

Those ****S at HBO Canada West actually did it. They showed a ****ing 2 star Tyson biography in the Live Fight slot and showed Berto Collazo on delay. Pretty ****ing despicable for their inaugural broadcast in Canada. The worst part is the tape delayed boxing actually had the audacity to say it was live in the program info. Pretty disappointed to pay for a 'premium' channel only to get tooled around and lied to and watch a fight that happened 2 hours before **** YOU HBO :damnit1::damnit1: It's very stupid of them to not show it live. I haven't ordered HBO Canada it yet, perhaps I won't now, since I can see delayed broadcasts and a few live ones on TSN anyway. wowwwwwwwww
