when jim lampley cries
when roy jones gets KTFO
when max kellerman fails at immulating larry merchant
when manny stewart tells us that he knew exactly how the fight would play out
when wlad klitschko gets KTFO

The fact that 2 guys can be in the same class as fighters despite havin different skill levels. A boxer can outwit a bigger stronger guy, and a skill-less slugger can knock a superior boxer out. Veterans can school youngsters, and youngsters can outwork veterans and make em look old. You can't judge fights on paper, cuz the the better, bigger, faster, whatever fighter don't always win. It's the guy who wants it more and is better prepared. I love the competition in boxing. :boxing:
Watching a sport that 99% of the world’s population would never even think of attempting. Respect for the combination of intellect, stamina, brawn, and courage these warriors possess. It is also a pleasure comparing, and contrasting fighters from the past, present, and the upcoming future.:boxing:
I haven't time for this sort of chicanery.
Find time, bitch.
Btw- I have been making a little headway with poker. Made some decent bucks in December. Don't duck me when it's your time, Dirt.
Watching a dazzling round of fisticuffs for entertainment between 2 brown foreigners whilst I throw quarters into the ring always makes for a good night.
The only intriguing thing is which one will end up and a dishwasher within a few weeks ole' chap.
Haha... Post more, Dirt.

For me, it's the idea that two fighters are up against eachother, using every ounce of their being to defeat the other man. It's the most direct, unfiltered version of competition. And at the same time, there are many intricacies beneath the surface. Boxing is a sport that can be looked at in so many different lights. I love that.
