And in his last 3 fights, he took on Juarez, Pacquiao, then moved on the challenge Casamayor in a weight he would be small in, is now facing Diaz and wants Nate Campbell after to entice Pacquiao for a rubber match.
That my friends is how you near the end of your career. Win or lose, he's going out like a real nikka.

i just read an interview about JMM in boxing digest's mag recent issue. he still constantly whines about the pac fight, but he was pissed off at the same time that MAB issued a statement after their own fight that he got robbed. talk about being a hypocrite. JMM is a great fighter in the ring but he's a whining sob.
he was also asked how strong pac is which he replied emphatically 'strong!'. tells how he got pac w/ all his power punches but surprised that pac just shrugged it off.
He beat a shot Casamayor and a shot Barrera. Juarez is nothing special. Barrera beat him twice. Still Juan Diaz is not the champ but Campbell.
What does this say about Pacquiao buddy? knocking him three damn times and not being able to finish him off and get a draw? :banghead:
"Overrated"? Damn then what does that say about Manny, since this "overrated" fighter gave him hell 2 times?
dont mind him. he'll be slitting his wrist as soon as Manny utters the "R" word. Retire.
but do you know WHY the sky is blue?
I was told by a science teacher at some point because nitrogen is inherently blue in color (as shown by the extremely cold liquid nitrogen, which is blue in color), and since that is by far the most abundant element in the atmosphere, that is why the sky takes the color it does.
yes indeed i think its foolish to fight diaz very high risk and no reward ill be betting on diaz because of his amazing chin and combinations
he shoulda fought campbell and make some history
he hasnt showed many signs of slowing down but thats boxing fighters get old in one day
All those combinations of Diaz will be hitting air, I've never picked against Diaz ever until this fight. And Diaz won me over 1,000 dollars when he fought Julio Diaz.
Thats the only boxing fight I ever bet on and my last boxing fight I'd bet on... Betting is risky, and I'm intelligent enough to stay away from it.
Juan Manuel Marquez can still do it. Hopkins is 60 yrs old. but still was able to take pavlik's zero.
As long as he takes care of himself. Dont get fat in between fights. he still has 3 to 5 solid years.
Yup he's nearing the end of his career and should act like a man and stop whining. He has built a solid reputation and has proven to be a class on his wn, but his constant whining pisses a lot of people off.

In your sig, you quote the judge that admits to making a mistake in the Pacquiao-Marquez fight, part uno. I'm assuming to point out that it's really a win for Manny.
However, the question I have to you is, let's say they went back, reviewed it and gave the decision to Manny now.
So what? He knocked a guy down three times and wins by a point? Yeah, that's totally worth pointing out.
I enjoy both fighters, but this fight TRULY is a draw. One fighter did more noticeable damage for a while, one took more rounds. All there is to it.
Here's hoping he's not about to end his career.
At this stage, I don't think he's near the end at all. He only started taking punches after the 1st Manny fight when he shifted from pure boxer to boxer/brawler.
The vast regions of outer space are shrouded in darkness. What we call sky is the atmosphere that surrounds the earth, the region of space that is visible to the human eye. Looking up into this large expanse, the sky, many have wondered, ‘Why is the sky blue?’ Why not violet, green, yellow, orange, or red—the other basic colors of the visible spectrum?
Sunlight consists of light of various wavelengths, which are seen as the different colors of the visible spectrum. The longest of these light waves are red, and the shortest are blue or violet. The gas molecules of our atmosphere scatter far more light of the shorter wavelengths, the blue, than of the longer wavelengths, the red. As a result, clear sky has a blue color. The air surrounding the earth, with its innumerable particles of solid materials, such as dust, scatters light to give the appearance of visibility, as though reflected from a mirror.
On the other hand, when the sun is near the horizon, sunlight travels through a greater amount of atmosphere to reach the eye, and the longer waves penetrate better than the shorter waves, causing the sky to take on a deep orange and red appearance. Solid particles in the air accentuate the reddening. Similarly, when smoke or dense clouds fill the sky, light waves of all colors are scattered. This causes the sky to appear gray.
exactly. The color of the sky is one of the most common things people take for granted, never actually wondering or even curious as to why it is the color it is.
