There are many boxers in history who have beaten better boxers than PBF, so he isnt an high echelon ATG. His best win is over Hatton, and you cant be the best on the strenght of that win. I dont even consider his fight over DLH a win. It was barely a win at the end of the day. People did better than that against DLH when DLH was in his prime. PBF needs PAC, Marge and cotton on his resume to strengthen his case.
