I don't think he's been the same since Pavlik and the loss to Abraham was pretty devastating so whether he can still be a top guy at 168 remains to be seen, it depends if he can learn from his losses and come back better, 168 is pretty stacked though so it won't be easy for him.

He might have a belt in his future, but his chance to be elite is over wit. He's gonna be like Mayo and Zab, still a name, but not quite a big name anymore.
