If the robbery was politically motivated as some think it is, Holy has no chance of gettin it overturned. To get a rematch he'd have to have the backin of a lot of people. Everybody knows he was robbed, but the fight sucked and there won't be any public demand to see it again.
Holyfield's camp can appeal to the WBA to overturn the decision, make it a NC or have them order an immediate rematch, I doubt any of these things will happen though.
