The lexicon of boxing needs another word to describe what happened yesterday to Evander Holyfield. I propose that we call an upset that should have happened a downset. The formal definition being losing a fight you should have won although you had little chance of winning in the first place. By this definition Holyfield vs Valuev is clearly the downset of the year.
I saw the whole thing. I had Holy winning 117-111. The fight wasnt close, Valuev got another gift. He should be banned from fighting in Europe unless his opponent is European as well.
So then you agree, it is the downset of the year.:biggthump
Where you been potatoes?? AInt seen u in a while...
I have yet to see the fight in its entireity, its boring as shit, Im half way through the third round, Holy is winning easy as far as I could see.
It ain't worth watching. Holyfield seemed to hit him hard two or three times a round, but it didn't have any affect on Valuev. I can't even remember if Holyfield got hit.
The Golden Jew.......that's a great name!
