Is Mayweather scared of Pacquaio?

If the rumours are true about him coming out of retirement and wanting to fight Hatton. Seems to me he hand picks his opponents and fights for the most money and least risk possible. Aren't great fighters which he is, supposed to fight the best fights available. If so then he should be doing all he can to fight Pac,Margarito or even Cotto. floyd is retired... anything else is just rumors.

I don't think Mayweather is physically afraid of anyone. I think is terrified of losing his '0' which ,imo, is stupid and an affront to boxing in general.

And even if he unretired he shouldnt fight pacman because he would be accuse of ducking Margarito and cotto............When Berto beats someone next Mayweather would be accuse of ducking him...the cycle just goes around and around. marquez hurt pacman..you think marquez hits harder than floyd??? Corely hurt Floyd. You think Corely hits harder than Pac or is as fast as Pac??? Point is, anyone can get hurt in boxing. Doesn't matter how strong your chin is. Eventually you get hurt or stunned every now and then when you fight in this sport. Its how you fight through it, that makes a great fighter.

I used to really enjoy watching Mayweather. Still do if he were to come out of retirement and he used to be one of, if not, my favourite boxer out there but I lost a lot of respect for him when he started to disrespect the sport of boxing. Especially when he refused to fight Cotto. I thought that was an awful move and one that only benefited Mayweather as his fear of losing outweighed his passion for winning.

Personally, I don't think Floyd is ducking anyone; no matter when the poor guy chose to retire there would always be some contender out there claiming he was runnin scared. That said, I'd LOVE to see Pretty Boy face Pac-Man. Floyd isn't powerful enough to hurt Manny, while Manny may not be accurate enough to land against Floyd. One thing's for certain. They're both fast. To Margarito- "you'll get your shot" Regarding Cotto- "hes not a draw" He did his very best to avoid any fight with them.
