Williams wants 50/50 to fight Winky

I agree, it's fair, Winky aint done shit in a while. I have a feeling he wont accept those terms and will back out, not because he's scared but cause the money aint right. Winky should struggle his ass back to 154 for a title fight with Williams not 160 for more or less nothing. But I also have a strong suspicion that Winky is ready to bow out of the fight game, he's just in denial unless of course lots of $$$$ influence him otherwise.

I don't know if this a repost, but I just read on another site that the negotiations for a possible Paul Williams-Winky Wright fight next year have hit a major snag...money! Apparently, Williams is demanding a 50/50 split with Winky. What do you all think? Is that a fair demand? Sounds fair enough to me. Maybe a few years back Winky would deserve the lion's share. But now? Nah.

50-50? I honestly thought Pwill was worth more than Winky. Maybe I've put to much emphasis on the pwill nuthuggers anyway. I guess it should be 50/50 both are non-draws. and it will do very poor tv ratings. There's not much money to fight about here. Just make the damn fight! Yeah right. Get Winky in there or else he should retire officially. It would be nice if Pwill got winky so one of the seniors finally would pass the torch to one of the young lions. Just my opinion.... None of these guys have any kind of following what-so-ever, so I'm sure this will be another fight for winky and pwill that breaks down due to money. They both think they are worth more than they are. winky put up a decent fight against bernard damn near 2 years ago! and pwill has been fighting kolle's and a 40 year old in his last two fights. I predict this fight does not get made and we have to hear yet again how pwill is being "ducked" by everyone.
