By 2010, Pacman has to KO Hatton, KO Mayweather, KO Marquez, move up to welter and win over who-ever is the current linear champ be it P-will or Margarito. I think that seals #1 ATG status for Pacman. :D

he would get serious consideration if he beat JMM again (i dont think he has to since he beat him twice IMO but not everyone agrees), beating Ricky Hatton, beating Floyd Mayweather Jr, and some top welteweight like Cotto. he would for sure be top 5 all time!

he would have to beat floyd, which won't happen, so let's say he were to fight margo, and cotto, and beat them in a very tough battle, by sd, md, or of course ud, then fight hatton and maybe even paul williams which i don't see happening. he wold have to beat the most skilled fighter overall of his generation, no contest, floyd joy mayweather jr., which won't happen at all to even be talked about.

Don't think it's possible to get number 1, I think Robinson will always hold that spot. But he can break the top 10 All time by beating Hatton, JMM (convincingly) and Floyd.

The greatest ever? Get a time machine and go back and not get KOed twice. Then take that time machine and beat MAB and Morales in their primes. Then beat JMM CLEARLY (which he has never done in my mind or many, many, many others) and then beat Hatton, then beat Floyd, then beat someone like Cotto or Margarito. Then I would consider him the best that ever fought. Jesus be with you.

Anyone that beats Mayweather would be considered an instant ATG not because Mayweather is so great but because is so hated...... Ok, but we're talking here about the #1 ATG. let me tell you how pac can do it. beat marquez for the 135 lineal , beat campbell and diaz at 135 , beat hatton at 140 for the lineal title , beat cotto and marg for their 147 belts and then beat floyd in his retirement fight.

Well he hasn't clearly beaten jmm. So probably whipe out the lightweight and weilterweight division. Theirs just no way he can become the greatest ppl get carried away easy

floyd seems to get NO credit for beating hatton and goin up to 154 to fight dela hoya..how often has Pac weighed LESS THEN 140 for a 130lb fight? yet if pac beats hoya and hatton he's gonna seem to get top 3 all time status:wtf: yeah, but it depends on how pac beats them... floyd had a dominating performance over both dlh and hatton imho... but pac destroyed dlh and if he destroys hatton too, he gets major props.
