Oscar tried and landed. However, Manny deprived him of any follow up by stepping back or sideways. The fight was really one sided. I was waiting for that famed Oscar left hook. he tried it alright, it failed to land. he was simply too confused by Manny's side steps.

don't discredit Pacquiao by calling oscar shot, he wasn't at his best but its pretty evident that Pacquiao's timing and footwork did the same shit that Hopkins did to Pavlik. I can't really say that Pacquiao was open to right hands all night long ether, Oscar tried throwing it but Pacquiao was slipping almost everything. Pacquiao was just to fast for De La Hoya. Made Oscar turn a lot which got him off set....which he has always had problems with.
