Williams vs . Margarito II, any reasons why it should'nt happen??

If he beats cotto which he wont will be the only fight left cause tony is pussy to go up in weight

Williams will get his chance late 09. People keep screeming but Margarito just beat Cotto. And its funny how Margarito used to get no respect on here -other then his fans- but Williams beat Margarito and people then called Williams the best WW after beating Margarito a fighter they -haters- called a nobody with a nobody record. Williams should at least fight one of Margaritos left over but instead goes to the 154 division where everybody knows its a weak divison right now with young fighters.

The fight isn't happening because Margarito realizes he might lose again and there would go all the financial momentum he made in stopping Cotto. He can beat Shane and Cotto again and make another five million total before taking the Williams rematch, which will probably be bigger than the four million he was getting before by then anyway. That is pretty much the definition of ducking, but it is also good business so I can't really blame him. If I was in the pro fight game I'd be thinking about what was best for my family long term too, not how to win belts awared by a magazine.

I never fell for the most feared man in boxing bullshit, Tony just take the rematch and make us happy. Seriously, i cant think of a valid reason reason why this fight isn't happening................

I can't think of any. Tony , I would think would want revenge. Paul would want to beat the man at Ww , even though he has already beaten him but Tony is universally recognixed as a result of the Cotto fight. there is no reason why this fight can't happen next year... hopefully marg don't lose to cotto.

BTW this is 1 of the BIGGEST fights in boxing right now too.

This is a question that the OP should ask Marg's team. The Williams camp put there money where there mouth is & attempted to make the fight.
