Well Byrd took the best Vit had to offer, i know Vitali was cruising to victory before he punked out but he didn't come close to crushing Byrd's fighting spirit. Unlikely Vitali holds up for 12 rounds against any elite fighter.
were talking primes here. vit was still rough around the edges when he fought byrd plus he couldnt use his left with any effectiveness through much of the fight due to his torn shoulder. vitali improved quite a bit since that fight. as far as vit vs holy goes. its so hard to say because holy looked great at times and then very beatable at times aslo. he struggled with big tall guys with jabs. such as foreman and bowe,,although he got past foreman with his chin and hand speed. bowe beat him 2 of 3 in large part to his jab and physical strength. vit is even stronger than bowe and also has a punishing jab. I really think vit would win a ud or stop holy late barring any freak injury,,but the holy that fought big george may have just been too quick. he was really on top of his game that night
Prime Holy was one of my favorite fighters of that era. I think he would drag Wlad into late rounds and would KO him in late rounds, 10-12. I don't think Wlad would be able to knock Holy down, let alone out. I don't think Wlad would be able to outbox Holy either, prime Holy was a beast. Holy by late KO.
Vitali would probably try to wear Holyfield down and KO him late. Vitali is an extremely accurate puncher, his average landing % is about 48%, which would take effect on Holyfield, as Vitali was a lot more active in his prime. Vitali by a late KO.
When Holyfield ruled the division he had great stamina, a great workrate, a good chin, and a ton of heart. He never had a one punch knockout power but he could hurt and finish you.I think he would have to much of a good work rate for Wlad, but i don't know whether he would have it all his own way, with him,Sometimes Holyfield would struggle with big guys etc Bowe,Holmes gave him a fight,Lewis. And Wlad and Vitali was bigger than all them, but still i think Evander has to much of a good work rate and too much heart for Wlad to maybe grinde out a late stoppage or UD, but may be hurt along the way.As for Vitali i think he would pose a lot more problems for Holyfield, Vitali being even bigger than Wlad (6′ 7½″) would be a real test for Holyfield in the pro's Vitali has had a pretty solid chin and has showed power in either hand. But someone made a comprassion to the Byrd fight yes but Byrd a defensive mined figher who wound't dare trade with Vitali in their first fight, Evander would, Holyfield would leave it all on the line with his work rate and his combinations but i don't know whether it would be enough for Evander because i think Vitali would use all his size and strength to zap all Holyfield strenghth away(etc Bowe) and also i think have the power to drop Evander but i think Evander would leave it all on the line in this fight and with his work rate and non stop pucnhes could were Viatli down and get a decision or late stoppage but then i think Viatli would wear him down and grab a late tko or UD.

Holyfield wouldn't have gotten knocked out IMO but he had trouble with big, tall guys, Wlad would even give him trouble with his size and reach, I just don't think he has the chin or stamina to hold off Holyfield for 12 rounds, Vitali can though, it would be a tough fight for Holyfield, although if I had to pick a winner, I'd pick him to win a close, tough decision, that's assuming Vitali's body holds up for 12.
I think Holyfield would beat Wlad, possibly by late knockout. A Vitali fight is hard to say because of Vitali's chin and he hasn't had stamina problems but you never know what might happen with that fragile body.

Holy by UD (Vit)/KO(Wlad)
The Klits have never faced anyone with Evanders' skills and more importantly fighting spirit. Size advantages can be overcome with a mixture of great chin/heart/power/skills.
Holyfield KO Wlad, Vitali fight would be close but a prime Holyfield would imo win 2 out of 3 fights by UD, a prime Holyfield who stuck to his game plan like he did in the 2nd Bowe fight would just bit a bit to quick for Vitali.
