Floyd has much stronger creditials than DLH considering he's never been beaten and has wins over guys like DLH, Corrales, Castillo, and Hatton all guys that held multiple straps and in the case of the last 3 were all the best in their divisions at one time.
:bsflag:................................
If Mayweather is a pussy, what does that make the guy who made him move up in weight, forced his glove and ring selection on him...and still lost?
Past his prime by alot of years.
Nope. Lost to tito, mosley twice, hopkins, floyd and really lost to sturm. Beat a weak gatti, shot chavez and over rated vargas. Where is the great in this resume. He was known for being the first Mexican fighter that spoke english and was actually from the US.

Winky lost to Quartey? When? Was it the same night DLH didn't run away from Tito and won the fight? ya dope!
Who said that? you better work on that reading comprehension, son.
Alright alright I've beaten you enough I'll call it quits and take pity on you since the best you can come up with is Quartey and Vargas are HoF'ers, and apparently DLH didn't lose to Tito. Time for me to stop kicking around the fat kid who suckles on DLH's tit.
Run Lola run!!! You got no answers, only lies and conjecture. You've never beaten me in a debate. Never will. All we have to do is ask Scott, Joseph or Dan. They've watched me kick you to the curb as I've watched them kick you to the curb for a few years now. Am I lying?
DLH fought the better competition but Winky beat the better prime competition.
I'll edit this, DLH fought more prime greats, but Winky beat more prime greats. Unless of course you count Vargas and Quartey as greats....oh wait you said they're both HoF greats, right?
More lies and twisting of words. I never said they were HOF greats, only that they would get in. Vargas was a dominant jr middle during his era and Ike at one time was a top 10 p4p fighter and considered better than both Tito and Oscar. He also happens to be one of the best fighters ever from Africa.
Sorry son, Winky's resume doesn't even come close to Oscars.
DLH fought the better competition but Winky beat the better prime competition.
Who, Mosley? Do you really think that one name, albeit great, adds up to to all the other names on Oscars resume?
Lets look at Wrights losses in comparison to Oscars. All of Oscars losses are to sure fire hall of famers and all time greats. Winky has losses to Vargas, who you already ridiculed when I said he would get the the HOF. He also has losses to Harry Simon and Julio Cesar Vasquez, who I promise won't be knocking at the doors of Cantastota anytime soon. Oh, those losses were during his prime too. So tell me again how Winky is an all time great, yet Oscar isn't.
Oscar never lost to anyone but elite fighters. Winky has lost to guys who were good, but second teir.
Ok joey destroy this opinion. Has DLH beaten the prime greats of his era and been universally recognized as the best in his division, in any division. Care to debate that opinion. Peace.
We'll get to that as soon as you either defend Winky's resume compared to Oscars, or just adsmit you can't. Once again you're trying to twist the subject.
Yes, jabbo stop mopping the floor with your DLH has never beaten a prime great in his era excuses or he's not even top 10 p4p in his era examples. You sure got me kid lol

He has a habit of flipping shit dude. When he knows the answer he comes back at you with more questions instead of answering.
I've been destroying Leons sorry opinions for a few years now. I know exactly how he operates, my man. I've watched him twist things and flat out lie on a variety of subjects. Once he's backed into a corner and can't lie or twist anymore he'll start name calling and flaming, hence his last post directed to me. Peace.
This thread is dead so come along little sheep follow me to another one.
In other words, "Jab, please stop mopping the floor with me, I quit". Lol, figures.:haha:
I forgot Vargas and Quartey are more Hall worthy than Mosley lol Jabbo....
By your sarcasm I'll take that as a no, you don't want to debate it. Smart move.
Hasn't Oscar been fading and still the opponents get credit?? Didn't Hopkins get credit for this "fading" Oscar??? Didn't Floyd get credit for the same "faded" Oscar too???
Vargas win was special to DLH cause of all that bad blood between them for all those years. Goes back to the amature days.
The Whitaker win was great, even if DLH barely won.
Floyd mainly only deserves credit for the DLH win because of the size disadvantage. Other than that, I didn't think much of it at all.
I don't think much of the Hopkins win over DLH. It helped somewhat that it was a catchweight of 158, and Hopkins even went to 156, but it is more name value than a actual great quality win for Hopkins.
Quartey and Vargas HoF? Sure I suppose if Barry did it they could do.
Lol, this is your rebuttal? So tell me, who fought better fighters, Winky or Oscar?
Doesn't matter what they did in their previous fight, they are still great legends in the sport and DLH beat them. So you're saying Whitaker doing like crap but yet was at the #1 P4P spot. You're just trying to discredit DLH. A victory is a victory.
Tarver isn't anything special aside from beating Jones.
P4P rankings are very subjective anyway. It was clear that Whitaker was fading, and he arguably beat DLH anyway. It wasn't a clear victory.
Beating a legend doesn't mean it's a better win, because you have to take into account the stage they are in their career.
Chavez is miles greater than Vargas, but Vargas was a better win for DLH than Chavez was.
Likewise for Tito's wins over Vargas and Whitaker, or Calzaghe's wins over Kessler and Jones.
