Who would want to see Dawson-Kessler?

well now with Tarver out of the way, one has to wonder what's next for Dawson. Will he bother trying to reclaim his WBC belt? and what about Kessler? he just took care of his WBA mandatory, why not wait out the WBC Froch/Pascal Lacy/Taylor round robin? as that should produce a good opponent.

I'd like to see it. It certainly makes a hell of a lot more sense than giving Dawson a shot at Joe, or Kessler a shot at Bernard. Especially when you consider both guys only have maybe 1 fight left a piece. Do you really want to see them waste it on Dawson and Kessler? Just to prove a point to the 10 guys here who want to see those fights? Who else is there? A rematch between the two isn't happening (unless Joe changes his mind). If Kessler vs Dawson happens, the winner of it should get a fight against either Hopkins or Calzaghe (if they decide to fight on). From what I know this fight has been planned but nothing is official yet.

That would be one of the best fights available in the higher weights. How about a double bill on Showtime with both guys doing a mandatory defence as a buildup for the fight...

I would, I like seeing Dawson fight, he looks like a very solid fighter with a bright future in the sport. Too soon for Dawson to fight Calzaghe, but a kessler fight would be a very competitive fight, one that I think Dawson would take in a decision

Now That Would Be A Great Fight..but I Got Dawson By UdExactly, two young prime fighters going at it, can't get better then that. Dawson and Kessler shouldn't be calling out guys like B-Hop and Calzaghe, who are both about to retire.
