Was Bernard Hopkins pathetic?

you know, I very much dislike hopkins' current fighting style but I can't say that I hate hopkins for fighting that way cuz he is pretty old. I actually didn't find what he did pathetic. I think it was pretty smart of him to pretend a low-blow in order to get a breather. If that had been done by a younger fighter, I might have said it was very dishonorable but in hopkins case I was actually entertained and my friend and I had a pretty good laugh over it. I don't find that hopkins claiming that he won the fight as pathetic either cuz he isn't the only one saying that. Some of the media ppl and one of the judges also think he won the fight. I personally don't think he did but if Hopkins was the ONLY one claiming a victory, then I would say it is pathetic but he isn't.

...Ol Popkins was looking for a way out of that fight and IMO he nearly quit. A young fighter who can actually punch will put him on his ass. BHop gets brutally raped by Kelly Pavlik.

Tito's full of ****ing excuses. Bornhard put him in his place. it's not an excuse. my cousin was the nurse for the doctor that patched up tito's shoulder. the doctor advised tito not to go through with the fight but tito is a warrior. his shoulder wasn't completely healed 'til 3 months after the hopkins fight. true story.

Well, do you think Calzaghe would have a chance against a prime Bhopp being KD by the 43 year old version to win on a SD? Legally it was a "lowblow" because it landed on the beltline but we all know that it was no where near his cup. Thats what i meant.
