are you kidding me? Chagaev gets tired in almost all his fights that go long, most noticably against John Ruiz. Valuev only can keep his breath because practically all he does is jab. Povetkin has good stamina. Povetkin got a shitty defense and gonna get KO'd by Wlad. Haye will take the Chambers, Johnson, Barrett or Chapman fight soon here and were all gonna shut up, vote on who will win and then that's the end of it. This Mercer business is bullshit, Haye is gonna choose one of the above and it's a done deal.

Haye should be a man, and fight Kevin Johnson. Johnson hits even weaker than Tony Thompson(which is saying something), and his punchrate is horrendous. It stands to reason that if Thompson is calling him out...and he has no other real opponents other than a 47 year old man...and he said he wanted to fight a top fighter in the division...that he should fight Thompson. unless theres something in the way. like...fear.

Its his first fight fight in his new heavy weight career, I dont think he should bite off more than he can chew till he settles into the weight. I agree Mercer is an old man and I expected better but accoprding to Hayes camp they are struggling to get an opponent big style. Totally agree. I wouldn't mind seeing JD Chapman get KO'd into oblivion and forget about his prospect status ya know? For his second fight there can always be Kevin Johnson or Eddie Chambers. Then after two fights Wlad could choose to fight Haye with his voluntary defense in mid-2009.

Haye should be a man, and fight Kevin Johnson. Or Tony T, that would be a great test. Or Chambers. Either of those 3 would be good. And I think Tony would have a good chance of winning (Good chin and defense, he could last later into the fight where Haye may gas). Chambers could also beat him, but I think Haye would beat Kevin J no doubt. Haye, please deliver on what you said. I respected Haye because, while he was talking, if he backed it up then it's good. equally Haye could end Wlads HW reign equally my a$$. haye hasnt even shown yet that he can ice big quality heavyweights yet,,while wlad has knocked out 45 heavies and is a better defensive fighter than haye. come on man. haye has been stopped and wobbled by guys with a fraction of the power of wlad. haye is going to fall hard from the first so much as grazing left or right from wlad. haye has to make a hell of a lot less mistakes than wlad

in anycase he is better than Tony Thompson like i said Thompson is slow one paced and methodical Haye is not going to struggle with that kind of oponent regardless how poor a HW he turns out to be no disrespect to Thompson he seems like a decent guy thompson would beat haye. he's a big awkward guy and would wear haye out and stop him late. thompson is slow but he's crafty and awkwardly clever. I doubt very much they'd match haye with a big sturdy heavyweight that can go rounds

my personal pick, if haye wants to make a statement would be to fight either monte barrett or tony thompson. other choices: ibragimov briggs (preferably not but i guess better than mercer) holyfield (old and washed up, really just needs to be boycotted...still better than mercer) chambers lamon brewster (i think haye would get fucked up) hasim rahman james toney oleg maskiev i bet all of those guys would take a fight from haye, but yet haye is calling out no bodies, then when they respond to his call out, he gets all scared. ive never seen anyone talk so much trash and look like THAT much of a sissy.
