*FIGHT NIGHT ROUND 4*: First Footage

This game is gonna blow every other boxing game out of the water. Prizefighter was shitty and very disappointing. I can't wait to see how this turns out.

I like the changes and the game looks alot smoother. I'm sure they'll tighten up the graphics by release date...Did you see how unproportionately long Ali's arm was in demonstrating the reach advantage??

For christs sake, they still haven't improved on the movement of these fighters, they still move like stiff robots.

I wish a better company would publish a game like this, frickin EA never ships a finished product and their games always seem buggy. Anything's better than 2k Prizefighter. EA are very lazy yeah, but sometimes they make some gems. NHL 09 is amazing this year.

RELEASE: FEBRUARY - APRIL 2009. Be prepared for a delay though Fight Night4 Game will include the ranking system from Fight Night 1 and 2 and also better managing over fight scheduling. Doesn't EA have to pay the fighters to put their likenesses in the game? Or the heirs of their estate if they are dead. I think that's the reason you don't see all kinds of different guys in there as well as programming limitations. Yeah thats right exactly. So EA probably try to find a good selection of boxers that they think will appeal to fans/non-fans while making sure that it is cost-affective for them. But I hope they go all out on this one :)

i hope this game is a little faster than the last one. The punches seemed really slow when you threw them and they could be dodged pretty easy. i also hope that ea make the straight punches far more powerful becuase in round 3 the straight right seemed as if it had no power what so ever. i cant wait for it. bring on 2009

This is going to sound ignorant.. It sounds too technical.. I see alot gong wrong. i think FN 2 STILL has the best and smoothest gameplay

who will be the fighter on the COVER page of the game itself ? Yes you can guarantee that Mike Tyson will be on the cover. For 3 reasons: 1. He is a favorite of many die-hard boxing fans. 2. He is one of the most well known boxers for non-boxing fans and so the game is easily accessible to all gamers. 3. It breaks the EA cover curse. I mean how more fucked up can Mike's life get??

I wonder if they'll release the game glitchy. Star Wars The Force Unleashed was being made for years and that games filled with bugs.
