Could FM knock out Cotto?

Do you think FMJ could knock out Cotto. Open for debate. All views will be respected. Not to knock FMJ, however he is not really known for his punching power! Cotto went the distance with SSM who in my opinion punches harder than FMJ, and a few that landed clean would knock out most. We all know what took place in July. Most of those punches would have ended a few boxers career. So what do you think? Who do you think of the WWs could knock out Cotto? I think Paul Williams would have a chance because of his size however PWs body would be left open and that could spell the end of his chance.........

All 3 could stop him. None would do it wit 1 blow but Cotto has never had a great chin. He has a good one, but it was eroded some by the punishment he took in the last fight. He's more vulnerable to be hurt now, and all of these guys could accumulate enough punishment on him to finish him. PBF least likely, but still possible.

Nah Floyd wouldn't throw that many. He'd land more... thats for sure. Marg was landing 48 punches a round. That is just crazy. Most were power punches

all three of them. Cotto's chin is pretty weak and all of them would hit him A LOT whether it took 10 rounds or 12. I think Williams and Mayweather stop him and maybe Clottey too

Anything can happen...Yes Mayweather can KO Cotto ONLY if he took the chance and outworked Cotto early in the fight to wear him down and load up on big shots later in the fight!

Margarito's accuracy is NOTHING like Mayweather's. Margarito may be the harder puncher but I'm sure you know who'd be able to hit Cotto at will. marg landed a ton of punched on cotto, he also was launching as if he had the backing of the UN. It was crazy how many punches a round he was throwing. Dont know if FM would actually throw more. I also think what stopped cotto was the body shots. I dont think FM would land many that would take his wind away. I am sure cotto pissed blood for a few days or weeks after that fight.

Nah :lol1: Corley stunned Floyd but that never happened, It was the Judah fight where he touched a glove down lightly. That was the two fights I was confusing. Couldnt remember exactly which one of those it happened in. I do remember Corley rocking FMJ, however one to many shots to my head has me punch drunk. Thanks for the clearing it up!

I also believe and Im not 100% sure so TCN take it easy on me here, that Corley rocked FM and he put his hand to the ground and the ref did not call it a knock down. Should have been by rules however was never called one. (Do I have the right fight?) yea floyd could knock cotto out. floyd is very accurate and could catch cotto with some punches that cotto may not anticipate.. and cotto doesn't really have a solid chin.. if demarcus corley could stun cotto, there is a possibility floyd could probably ko him I believe pork chop went the distance with FMJ. Mayweather would be able to knock Cotto out. Wear him out and hunt him just like he did to Hatton. Cotto has a fragile chin and is to rigid, he would get hit with accurate punches and they would/could eventually stop him. People underestimate Floyd's punching power also. I'm not saying he has the hardest punch but it is hard enough to put people away. what gives him a fragile chin? He took bombs from SSM and Marg. Getting caught square is just fighting. That doesnt mean fragile. Please explain
