im 16 i weigh about 200 lbs im 5"5' and i would like to actually take the dive into boxing. ive been wanting to box for some years now and im going to be absolutely serious about it. i actually want to lose weight and get to about 170 lbs ( not that im afraid of fighting heavyweight). so if any1 could give be any help it would be greatly appreciated
If you go to google and type in FLORIDA BOXING GYMS a list of all the boxing gyms in the state will come up, organized by city and town...the addresses , phone numbers and in some cases email addresses will come up for you...

i went to the PAL boxing gym and joined. i Weigh 160 now and im #1 at my gym so suck it. and to let you know i became team captain/ #1 withtin my first 3 months there. ive sparred and beat a dude that was 270 lbs when i was 180 lbs. and i was fighting him head on so wat does that go to show you. screw everyone who didnt believe. and im going to tampa for my first match. im gonna be a champ so remember the name John Booth, Jr.

You should be.i aint neva been afraid of a thing in my life. i grew up in duval county jacksonville florida and im still there today. ive seen all da scariest shit so fightin someone possibly bigger and stronger than me is nothing ive done that all too many times

Do alot of cardio and stretching for a couple a months, I'm sure you can find some gyms if you look them up.
