Olympic Boxing

BUMP anyone else planning to catch the Middleweight boxing on at 2 AM? opening ceremony is still going on.

Im kinda amped to see boxing in the Olympics as I usually just watched track and field and basketball thanks for the articles BostonGuy as they were good reads and I'll certainly be on the look for those 2 guys while watching.

Damn this shit reminds me of the World Cup when it was held in South Korea back in 02. I had to wake up in the middle of the night to catch the games and I would go to work early in the morning so sleepy. I will have to endure two straight weeks of sleepless nights. :boxing:

Your saying I have to be up at 130 am to watch all the boxing... Guess I'm doin a all nighter. dude it's not all in the early morning there's a pretty good stretch of boxing in the 8-9AM range.

I can't Gary Russell collapsed and couldn't make it. At least Demetrius Andrade and Rau'shee Warren can still medal.

good stuff and good to see as looking at the schedule the Welterweight division isn't shown ridiculously early in the AM or too terribly late at night, and some of the bouts in that weight class might be easier to catch.

Over time, the lefthander learned to use his long arms to his advantage. In 2005 he won the gold medal at the Junior Olympic International Invitational and also won the U.S. championship. Andrade is currently ranked No. 1 among U.S. welterweight boxers. He is coached by his father and David Keefe. Regarding the Olympics, he says: "I've been thinking about the Olympics since I was 10. are there any big names? I'll do some searching of my own but there are 8 US boxers left after Russell failed to make weight. **any good prospects from any of the other nations that are particularly stand out?

Jesus Christ! how the fuck do you keep up with that schedule? it's huge 7 bouts at once Youtube. Most of the bouts will end up on there, as well as most of the events, you can also stream just about every event.

From what i've read. Its being shown live starting at 2am. Yeah I checked the paper and it said that ... crazy right? I actually lived in Hong Kong way the freak back, and it's actually a full 16 or so hours ahead of the US Live Dog thanks again for the schedule.
