I doubt Margs took any type of illegal enhancer for this fight. He looked the same as in other fights and fought the same too. I just couldn't see it. Maybe I'm wrong but I look at Margarito with way too much respect to believe something like that without concrete proof.

This is fuckin stupid, all the article is saying is that there is no guarantee that Margarito was not on steriods because the results are not in yet. Basically they are saying that until he has a negative result, then he may have been on steroids. One could say the same shit about Cotto when he was whoopin on other fighters. To my knowledge, all fighters are tested before and after a big fight for illegal drugs, including steroids. That's how so many of them have gotten caught. so techincally Shane Mosely should have been caught before the Oscar fight. I think even if they knew a person takes drugs or steroids they would be quit we dont want to turn down alot of PPV money are we. there should be more transparency about this like weight-in

Balco is an entirely different issue and I'm not going to discuss it, or Mosley's ties with it. We're talking about Antonio Margarito here, not Shane Mosley. Wait for the blood test to come in, anything else is pure speculation. And the more you speculate, the more it blackens the eye of our sport. It's not like boxing is MMA, where fighters are testing positive everytime you turn around. but I dont hear much of testing going on anyway. and how authorize these test to begin with in boxing there isnt any boxing federation that does that. I want to know more how who the hell is responsible of this doping test and for what is his reasons for it?

Even sometimes some people use it without know it was steroids and some use it because other competitors use it. There is alot of money invovle and serious stuff. It not only cycling but also in boxing, swimming, sprinting and many other sports that uses steroids. But innocent intell proven otherwise. If they did a blood test and he came back negative no harm done but my real question is who is going to authorize such thing? how has the right to say this person should be tested and this is not? on what based should they test Margarito or Cotto or anyone? that is what I going on bottom of this I made a thread about it too you could join and help me out with it. Bicycling is not fighting. Do you know of any fighters who've used steroids in the past? What typically was the result of them having done so? Losses. And Margarito's performance in no way hints at signs of steroid usage. It's just typical Margarito, he starts pretty slow, picks up round by round until he's steamrolling and doesn't stop. He threw something like 957 punches against Cotto, he threw 1650 against Clottey. It doesn't add up, therefore it's bullshit. And the blood test will clear his name. you cant tell if someone taking steroids or not by looking at them or there performance. enless there is a blood test been made. Mosely didnt look like the steroid type of guy and he got caught with the ring ot Balco or something like that. There are more than 400 type of steroids to use

I will give him the innocent until proven guilty, but if proven guilty it would definitely cast a black cloud over his win as well as the sport of boxing.
