You have to insult him and his people, let him take free shots and laugh, be a 7 to 1 underdog and Knock him the fuck out to son him. My only beef with Forrest is the man has always has an excuse has to why he lost.. If youre young enough to call your opponent a bum and then lose to him, you are young enough to take the criticism for being an overrated slag. True but that was far from the best Forrest. Not taking anything away from Mora, that was by far his best win. Ok, take Mosley off his record and tell me who was the best opponent Forrest ever beat? Yet people were talking about him like he was on the top 20 P4P list a few months ago. I dont think anyone is talking about him like hes a p4p fighter, not even close from what I see. For good reason because he isnt. Forrest isnt good now, but you guys talking like his whole career was a wash. I disagree, he was no bum. As of late he looked more impressive beating Baldomir then Mayweather did. It was not really a close fight. Vernon won a few rounds early but after Mora started getting more active it was total domination. The scoring was closer than the fight. I had it 8-4 I think to Mora and as I said Vernon had a few good rounds early based pretty much entirley on Mora's lack of activity. The rematch would be wider if anything, Vernon is 100% shot. I thought it was close, one judge even had it exactly even. No problem with Mora winning tho.

I just watched the Wright vs Quartey fight the other day, imagine what Winky would have done to Forrest? Vernon would have made Winky look like Tyson.

What a total waste. He calls his opponent Mora a bum then the bum rails him for his belt. Whats funny is that Mora didnt look exceptional he just was facing a loser.

Vernon is so done its a joke. He looked beyond terrible against Mora. He should hang them up before he embarresses himself further.

Since the loss to Mayorga, who has he beaten? Baldomir, Piccirrilo? He certainly didn't beat Quartey that was a robbery. Forrest has always been overrated and his whole career has been based on beating Mosley. Just as Buster Douglas beat Tyson and no one else. We are in total agreement sir. Forrest has been overrated since the Mosley wins, which is why the Mora upset didn't surprise me at all.
