Tony Thompson is oozing confidence before taking on Wlad Klitschko saturday for the IBO/WBO/IBF HW championship. To german broadcaster RTL Thompson says: "I'll make a great show saturday night, and I wont use 12 rounds. I'm not paid by the hour!"
Wladimir says:"It's all or nothing. One must not underestimate Thompson. To expose his weaknesses I'll let my fists do the talking!"
The fight takes place in Klitschko's adopted hometown of Hamburg, Germany and it's Wlad's first fight in 7 years there. "It gives me a big responsibility and pressure. But it's a positive pressure", Klitschko says.
Of his strategy Wlad says: "I'll obviously try to end the fight as soon as possible, but I aint gonna be pressured to go for the KO too soon. It's important to me to leave the ring victorious".
Here is a nice german promo for the fight:

Man, I really hope Wlad puts up a great entertaining performance, the only fight of his I ever fell asleep to was the one against Sultan... Sultans better then what people think, but still he should have been able to ko him...
Do southpaws cause Wlad this many problems?
how thomspon is slow...theres no heavyweight.. id rather see wlad face toney or peter

I'm convinced Wlad will do everything in his power not to dissapoint again. I fully expect a convincing knock-out of the rather limited TT.
