Pacquiao can be outboxed - we know this. Morales did it and Marquez in large parts of two fights. However, both were also able to hurt Pacquiao. If Guzman can do the same, he'll beat Pacman. With that in mind, Guzman does have a fight coming up. Let's see how he looks there before annointing him anything. Still, if I had to bet jingle on anyone beating Pac, he's the one.

I think if paq-odlh is a go and hatton wins and mayweather returns, I'm afraid this fight won't happen till 2010. But I still love to see this fight. Lets get it on. :boxing: I love Manny and believe in him, but if he fights De La Hoya, Hatton and Mayweather there will be no more Manny Pacquiao, not as a fighter. He might best Hatton, maybe, but Oscar and Floyd would KTFO of him.

I think Guzman has what it takes to give Pac a hell of a fight. Guzman does blow up quite a bit between fights though, and he tends to take breaks mid round, whereas Pac doesnt slow down a bit. I think it would be a very interesting fight, with Pac winning a close decision, similar to the JMM fight. The thing is Manny has improved his boxing skills a great deal, I dont see anyone putting a clinic on him at this point, not if JMM couldnt do it.

i'd love to see guzman/pacquiao. but when was the last time guzman had a TKO victory? was it at jr. featherweight, 122lbs ? guzman's power might be even weaker at 135. i dont think pac would respect guzman's power, and win a UD.

truthfully i think sometimes he slacks off if he knows someone cant touch him, against pacman though, i dont visualize that kind of performence, especially with mayweather training him True, but Sr can't get in there and fight for him.
