Kendal Holt is an absolute disgrace

A few of you have said "boxing should not go with smaller gloves as they used to have because they can injure the fighter?" You acted like you actually cared about the fighter.........now here you are defending how Holt was acting after Torres was out on his knees.. There has to be a 3rd match! There isnt any need to defend Holt because he hasnt done anything wrong, Critisicing him is a bit harsh IMO though after what he has been through on an emotional level, I also think Torres deserves a rematch and would win the rematch if it happens, He had Holt down twice within 40seconds which show they guy hits hard. If the headbutt didnt happen i think he would have finished Holt by the second round...I would love to hear what he had to say in his post-fight interview.

The man has no class and I hope he gets he ass kicked in a re-match. nothing wrong with celebrating... he shouldn't go over and try to help the downed fighter up like pacquiao did diaz... let the doctor get there and do his work and make sure the downed fighter is ok.

Second, he talked about his plan on how to counter Torres who HE said would attack him early, in which he did. The rest of your post is nothing but a cry baby response. My standards are win the fight, and Holt did in superb fashion. He got up, while Torres was slumped. Floyd Mayweather is bulletproof. That would be enough about hyping black fighters. Second of all, countering is one thing, but he ACTED, DO YOU GET IT, ACTED like it ALL went according to plan. It didn't. If you think it did, you're a moron. Furthermore, winning isn't whats most important, it's about HOW you win. He landed two shots and one was a heabutt. Nothing to be PROUD of. COngrats to him, he did what he had to do, but it doesn't make it superb, and deep down, if the roles were reversed with Holt and Torres, I'm almost positive that you'd have an entirely different idea of this fight. In closing, I'm crying about nothing in terms of the fight, or anything for that matter. I strictly said he could act more like a professional AFTER the fight. For his own sake, for that matter. If Torres had died, I'm pretty sure he'd of felt like a real dick. I know he's meant to hurt people, he's a fighter. But at the end of the day, things like that can affect you.

THe one problem I have with his celebration was that he acted as if all went to plan. Like he expected to get beaten down for the better part of a minute and than headbutt him and knock him out. I think to critise Holt is a bit harsh, I doubt he knew how bad Torres was while he celebrate his victory, I think with all that happened in the first fight then having to go through alot to get the rematch then getting KD twice in the first 40 seconds of the rematch!!! It would be all too much for anyone to handle if you can comeback from all of that to win by KO in the same round that you were KD twice.

Holt is one of he nice guys in boxing. He didn't do anything after the Diaz fight so stop lying. watch that fight again ... after he won he went nuts rolling around on the floor screaming, he was acting like a fool since the crowd was booing him, he started shaking his ass at the crowd and making faces. His own corner men told him to act like a professional.

I think celebrating after winning your first world title winning by first round KO after being dropped twice in the first round is totally acceptable. It's not as if there was anything he could do, hes not a doctor, he should celebrate, let the doctors do their job, check on and shake his hand later.

Y'all need to understand, I aint a Torres fan. He aint even listed in my fav fighters list. This is only the second fight I've seen of his-the first being the Holt/Torres 1st fight. So, this bad loser thing dont wash I dont really give a shit about Torres or Holt as fighters. I was just showing conern for a downed fighter who looked like he was dead.
