Ref's should undergo proper training!!

i don't beilve the bullshit that the ref didn't see what happend or that it happend so quickly. imo a good ref like nady should have stoped the action but he allowed it to continue, im sure the good refs are like boxers in a way that they see certain action in slow motion but its real time, nady just allowed the fight to go on, he might of been on sombodies team $

True, he didn't yell out 'Stop!' or anything which was wrong but even if he did, I don't think he would have had time to stop Holt from throwing that right hand. And he didn't even warn Torres for hitting Holt late. Exactly, if he tried to intervene, I could forgive him, but he didn't even lift a finger bat an eye, or even think about doing anything. He was two busy posing and patting himself on the back to actually do his job.

It makes a completely different sound than a punch, and either way, the refs job it to watch for stuff like that. In person, a headbutt is almost impossible to miss, especially a headbutt of such epic proportions. If you are sitting ringside and what not, okay I can forgive you for not seeing it, but when you are standing there being payed to look for headbutts and lowblows, there is absolutely ZERO excuse to miss it.

That is bullshit. The refs job is to get in there. To be quick. Jay Nady has a clear history of being absent and inattentive in fights. Barrera - Marquez for example. He fucked up in the beginning of the round knockdown #2 Not having time is not an excuse. He is the ref, he can make time. He needs to be in position to get in there at all times. Jay Nady didn't even TRY to get in there. Today's main event prove that some of referee's are not capable of officiating a fight, obviously Torres was wobbled by Holts accidental headbutt and the referee's clearly sees it and he dont do anything to stop it.. and Soto's disqualification was cause by a mis judgement.. Ref's are getting worst and worst! Seriously, did you lose a lot of money on this fight or something?

If the ref would have had time, he probably should have broken the action up, but it all happened very quickly. It was not immediately apparent that the headbutt was the cause of the off balance Torres. The ref did his job, Holt took advantage of the opportunity. Dont make this anymore complicated that it really is.
