Quartey at his best would be #1 today.
Terrible stylistic matchup for Cotto, he'd jab Margarito's head off, Williams would get outlanded and outpunched, and guys like Berto, Judah, Collazo, and Quintana wouldn't have a chance.
He beats Zab, Quintana, Collazo, Berto, Clottey, Marg and even Mosley of now. Cotto beats em i think and Williams, well i cant really picture the fight just now. Floyd woulda beat em too tho
Quartey would beat his countryman Clottey and knocks out Zab Judah but Williams, Margarito and Cotto would prove difficult for Ike. either way, Quartey can still pull off a win.
116-112 Carlos Quintana (could easily be 115-113, but quintana got the edge from me in the close rounds due to contant movement, counterpunching over williams workrate)
by fourpoints... which rounds did you think Quintana won?
and who do you think won williams vs margarito?
didn't score the quintanna fight
i gave Williams the fight soley because of the last round
Quartey possessed one of the best jabs in boxing, ever. Has good boxing skills, puts punches together well, although he tends to slap his right hand, diminishing its impact.
I reckon he'll outpoint Cotto in a boxing match, but will eventually get tagged and stopped by Margarito.
I'd rank him #2, or #3
I heard your great at scoring boxing matches........how did you score Williams vs Quintana?
don't recall but i had Quintanna up easy on the cards
what was your scorecard?
it already happened...williams ko quintana 1
The way Quintanna dominated Williams the first time there has to be a third match. If there was no rematch we wouldn't even be mentioning Wililams.
He'd either 1, 2, or 3. Not sure if he would beat Cotto or Williams (good chance he does for either of them).
He beats the rest though.
Williams got beat by a boxer. Quartey is both boxer and puncher.
Lets wait and see what happens when Williams fight Quintanna again.
where Would He Rank?what Do You Guys Think?
Damn Thats A Goos Question But I Dont Think This Is The Order It Would Be
1.miguel Cotto
2.antonio Margarito
3.shane Mosley
4.paul Williams
5.zab Judah
6.ike Quartey At # 6
