In regard to Diaz-Pacman...:) :) :) ....Other than Duran-Moore in 1983 and Calzaghe-Hops in 2008 can I EVER pick a fight right?? LOL ADVICE FOR U GUYS...anytime you read one of my seemingly well thought out, insightful exposes' into an upcoming fight, just read it and whoever I choose or lean to...put 1000 bucks on the other guy! I didnt see the fight but have been chatting with people who were watching and it sounds like Pac put on a great show.

My predictions have usually been wrong lately too. I did pick Pac to win this one, but I thought it would be competitive.
I expected the size difference to play SOME factor. Guess not
No apparent size difference. Even while maintaining his usual chiseled physique. They both rehydrated to within 1lb of each other.
I knew Pac was going to win but I dont put $$$ on fighters favored over -300ish.
I actually think Duran gave away more natural size to Davey Moore. Height-reach-natural weight were all on Davey Moore's side. Pac even had a youth advantage where Duran did not.
Great win for Pac but I consider Duran-Moore a greater win.
I expected it to be tougher than it turned out to be. The speed differential was too much for Diaz.
It was almost like Diaz completely forgot to show up to the fight. WHO CAN DESTROY MANNY PACQUIAO?!
Me too. I expected Diaz to be able to push Pacquiao back and rough him up in the clinches because he was and is the naturally bigger man but Pacquiao really surprised me with his strength at the weight.

I though he would go close and fight a close fight to take out Pac speed and power like he alway does but it looks like the jab was strong and effective
I feel the same way sometimes so no sweat from me bro! I thought it would be fairly competitive, but Pac was dominate from round one. Not that it always means much, but Lederman gave Pac a couple of 10-8 rounds without a knockdown I couldn't argue with. It looks like Roach is finally getting some fundamentals in him. He's no longer relying on the straight left so much. The right hand is working MUCH better and he is using angles to get off. As a purist, I can't help but like that. The right hand set up the KO that came via that left cross.
