Mexicans are living a victory now... with great fairy tales of how Marg is gunna KO Cotto cause it's their only chance to feel a victory. Most know come July 26th... it's over for Margarito. He will prove incapable of competing on an A level stage. It's a wrap. Tune up fights are funny. I expect utter humiliation for Margarito.
OK Mexico, back to your fairy tales about how Marg is going to tell Cotto to get up from the canvas like he did Cintrona. Remember though, life and fairy tales are 2 different things.
that av is worth a million words.
i'm guessing the village elders of chihuahua?
Considering anytime Cotto has been hurt or down, he's gotten up and came back to ABSOLUTELY CLOBBER his opponent, then no, Margarito will not want him to get up if he lands a lucky shot and knocks him down.
Point deduction maybe. Disqualification extremely unlikely.
Margarito don't play that low blowin shit. I was surprised Judah didn't retaliate.
Judah has been known to also have a black belt in Low Blow Kwon Do
If it was a full force clearly retaliation low blow - he could get DQd. It's not impossible.

Start a thread with poll
I asked that with the notion that if Cotto can absorb Shane's best punches at this weight, then maybe he can take Tony's as well. Of course that all hinges on who you guys think hits harder between the two.
Cotto's training for this fight probably involves
1. practicing his pouty lips face.
2. getting his eyebrows waxed
3. practicing acting as robotic as he can
4. practicing his sneaky lowblows
Margarito would get DQd if its blatant retaliation... He shouldn't try that shit...
Very doubtful in a Mega fight like this. No one is getting disqualified. It would piss the fans and boxing world off.
The Judah low blow was not obviously intentional, and even so he demolished Zab like no other fighter has.
In the Torres fight did Cotto intentionally low blow him? How about in the Corley fight? Mosley??
Margarito has lost when faced with adversity... I cannot say the same for Cotto.:tapedshut
Cotto better not try that lowblowing shit with Margarito.
Margarito is a fuckin badass and he will retaliate with no mercy.

Margarito will experience the most pain that he ever has in any fight, this is may also be true for Cotto if he alows Margs to impose his will and it will be interesting to see who overcomes adversity.
We know how Cotto reacts to adversity because he has overcome it on several occasions. On the other hand Margarito has failed to adjust and has consequently lost when he has encountered adversity.
If by the most pain you mean Cotto's vicious low blows to balls then I agree.

He might have been doing a little bit of both. Counting with the ref and telling Cintron to get the fuck up!
Who cares what he was doin? He owned his man in that fight and decided to and some insult to injury. If he drops Cotto like that, I bet he'll do the same damn thing.
