SO far I played a few exhibiton matches. The ring is tiny, every AI boxer brawled so far, the movement is mechanical, the graphics are horrible, and the punches are sloppy. Sam Peter is also more agile than Joan Guzman and Joe Calzaghe :D. So far it seems like a quick cash-in. I'll update this thread when I play a little more.:boxing:(I played, Pavlik vs. Calzaghe,JMM vs. Ponce De Leon, Sam Peter vs. SHannon Briggs)
Play fight night 2004, The most realistic game play of the lot IMO ... I just started a career with Raf Marquez!
There is no way possible you feel that Fight Night 04 is more realistic than FNR3. Just no way...
I feel like FNR3 isn't that far off from actually being in the ring (yes, I've done both) you can't compare a game where you can't even WALK and BLOCK at the same time to FNR3.
Round 2 is the best for career.
thats true, but the training for 2 is just a pain in the butt, while the training for 2004 is actually not too bad.
I dont know how they possibly screwed up so bad on round 3. I didnt even think the graphics were as good as round 2.(on ps2) and the career mode was just garbage. the programming part I can understand to be hard, but the career mode would be simple, I could come up with better stuff than they did.
This game is complete garbage. Why is Sam Peter faster than Joe Calzaghe? Why is Edison Miranda feather fisted? WHy does Joel Casa fight like Arturro Gatti? Why is this game complete trash?
I might get Lego Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures instead.
