Lazcano has never been ko in his 40 somethin fight career, he's faced stiffer opposition as well and he went 12 rounds with Hatton and didn't even look shook when hatton hit him. A prime Lazcano Ko's Cotto at 140. a prime lazcano would be a lightweight lazcano and cotto would batter that lightweight

Yet he's losing rounds from punches landed on the outside like 1-2's and lead rights.

Paulie ain't strong enough to fight on the inside. It don't come naturally to him so when he has to do it he's bad at it. I think he could still take Hatton tho.

What I was gonna say He has the boxing ability to outbox anybody in the world, but when he gets in there with guys like Ndou, or Ngoudjo, or Hatton, guys who will FORCE him to fight on the inside, he is hopeless. Hatton would beat him into the round, 8 rounds or less. Malig is tough and has a good chin, but he isnt nearly as tough as Lazcano, and he will get hit a lot more. Juan Lazcano got stopped by Golden Johnson.

see this is just a perfect example of a guy who has no IDEA who Lazcano is. i said Malignaggi was tough, but Lazcano is HELLA tough. The guy walks though anything and everything. If Cotto fought him at 135 a bunch of years ago, im not so sure he would have even won the fight, let alone knocked him out. Lazcano was a very very good fighter when he wasnt washed up like he was tonight, and he could punch, and he could take a LOT of damage. ?? ortiz vs malignaggi is a good match up.....and no my current fav young fighter is Linares... Linares is a beast....I haven't seen much of Ortiz, the only fight of his I saw was the 1st round KO over Maussa, he's got a hard straight left hand.
