Alexander Dimitrenko who sports a record of 28-0-0 (18 KO) is 25 years old and is quickly rising in the heavyweight ranks.
However undetected by media is he is a sleeper cell which no one is making any noise about.
In his last 10 fights 7 of them were knockouts, of whom he versed some all time greats such as Timo Hoffman and Vaughn Bean
But seriously, this kid is 25 years old, has an undefeated record, with some minor power. He reminds me a lot of Michael Grant. (Hopefully not in the chin department)
So in your opinion is this guy a threat or a pretender?
Rumors have it that Dimitrenko recently sparred with the ghost of Rocky Marciano and knocked him out into oblivion. Confirmation is still needed, but it came from a legit source.
i hold your opinion in high regard! aha ha aha hee!
Im not Tunney and this was a mock thread. I made it way back like 2 years ago, and already were skeptical about him. I actually wanted him to win, so he can get the ass beating of his life against Klitschko.
Are you drunk today ? Or have you finally acquired a sense of humor? :-)
By the way, Dmitrenko is Russian (even though his last name is Ukrainian). :-) Not that it makes any difference to me, since I support equally both Ukrainian and Russian boxers. But I know you only support Ukrainian boxers.
Fedyor Emalienenko is Ukrainian, but he fights for Russia, so that makes him Russian in my eyes. Dimintrenko has a Ukrainian last name, and fights for Ukraine, that makes him Ukrainian in my eyes.
I firstly support Ukrainian fighters, but if a fellow Ruski is fighting and he shows skill, then I support him as well.
One thing has to be noted about Dimitrenko. He has the strength of a thousand women.

We'll know the answer to the poll question on Saturday! :boxing:
His inactivity worries me. One fight in over a year is not enough for an up-and-coming fighter. Like Don King, sometimes Universum's Kohl mistreats his boxers if they rub him the wrong way.
I think the time away from the ring did the world some good, in that mankind didnt have to witness another nuclear holocaust started by Alex "The Destroyer" Diminitrenko, because he was angry at how commentator looked at him.
Umm, those guys are well-past it trial horses, not all-time greats. Is that what the German commentators say while announcing the fights?
Yes, yes it is.
Dimitrenko is someone not to sleep on, some say they are going to get the x-men to stop him. But what chance do the x-men stand against the Apocalypse of boxing?

I think when he follows that up with "but seriously" that might be an indication that he was joking.
He's a threat to anyone not named Klitschko.
He would give him a very competitive fight IMO. He's just as tall, athletic, and almost the same weight. And he doesn't seem to have the stamina issue. In his fight with Hoffman, he was going wild for 12 rounds and then was jumping around the ring after the final bell almost like he was coming into the fight, not leaving it. And that was after he survived a pretty vicious knock down. I think he is severely underrated due to the fact that he's largely unknown. I think it will all change this year.
Yeah I got some clips. Go on youtube and type in superman.
LOL, why all the sarcasm?
Are the German commentators overrating him??....I think Dimitrenko is pretty underrated, he has all the tools to be a successful heavyweight.
Definitely a threat. Very good stamina, good fundamentals, excellent jab. He looks better with every fight, he should be a mandatory next year for sure.
Remember when Timo Hoffman and Luan Krasniqi were all the rage. Then they lost so they just started throwing them in with every up and comer with potential.
Trial horses now for sure.
I never thought much of either. Hoffman's claim to fame is that he can take a beating. He went the distance with Vitali Klitschko, which was commendable but he lost every second of the fight.
I had high hopes for Krasniqui coming out of the amateurs but he's really lost his will to fight.
