Floyd could also beat welterweight contender Isaac Hlatswayo.....I suppose he he should fight him as well. Isaac whatever is not a champion, P4P fighter or the best fighter in the division. And the fight with Cotto will be worth millions, if Cotto is such easy work then what's the holdup. That's something Floyd loves easy money.
