I'm reading alot about this on the boards here. One of my friends made a good point to sum it up.
Cotto was cocky but who wouldn't be? Most boxers have to put in years of effort climbing the ranks and then you get a marketed D level fighter but in front of you who didnt deserve to even be on the undercard? You'd be cocky too.

Simple as that. It ain't a big deal. Don't expect to see that shit outta Cotto all the time.
