I think a lot of you are forgetting HBO is putting Cotto, Calzaghe, Hopkins, and De La Hoya all on regular HBO in less than a 2 month span. All who are highly paid fighters. The only reason Mosley-Judah isn't free , is because HBO needs the PPV revenue to avoid blowing their budget. Remember when they blew their budget in 2006 (or was it 2005?), and B.A.D. was off air for a few months? I'm sure they don't want that to happen again. Mosley-Judah isn't a great PPV headliner, but it's far from the worst. I'm sure most of you will watch with friends anyway, so what's 50 bucks when you're splitting it up with a few people? Nothing. Plus there's always Sopcast.

No it shouldnt. I guess with a huge spring line up, HBOs money is spread very thin. Cotto-Gomez Margarito-Cintron Calzaghe- Hopkins De La Hoya-Forbes (the week after the PPV fight,Pavlik and Ponce De Leon- Juan Manuel Lopez) Thats some of the best free HBO fights ive ever seen. All withen a few weeks of each other. Mosley-Judah came at a bad time. Im glad that was the odd one out because I would much rather watch the Hopkins-Calzaghe fight for free.

The undercard looks pretty good: Rocky Juarez vs Jorge Barrios Ponce De Leon vs Celestino Caballero II Jaidon Codrington vs Sakio Bika II That is a good undercard.... I couldn't imagine Goldenboy doing a card like that these days.

According to boxrec he is fighting Juan Manuel Lopez in Atlantic City on the Pavlik/Lockett Undercard....I got that other one from an old shitty source, the other two fights are happening though, I'm pretty sure.

nope, the only reason why it is in the first place, is because mosley is linked to oscar who exclusively deals with HBO PPV, and pulled all the strings to make this fight. it will be exciting, but HBO should have been generous enough to show it for free to the paying public who already havea their cable network.
