Who the f**k is Travis Walker? How could this guy call out these fighters? It shouldn't even be allowed. Cuz basically, if none of these guys accept(which they shouldn't) they will be labelled as duckers. And this noname is gonna be labelled as a feared fighter. Editors should know better than to print these BS articles.

No doubt he recovered right away. But if you look at it again you'll notice he goes slightly limp and his hands were at his waists for multiple shots. He was no doubt stunned but worse could have happened.
It wasn't like he just momentarily dropped his hands.
but this is boxing,,not ballet. if all refs stopped fights for guys being momentarily dazed there'd hardly be any long distance fights. it was a horrible stoppage. he jumped in too quickly
you need to watch the fight again. his hands may have dropped for a moment but he brought them back up. it was a terrible stoppage. Im not even sure if walker was stunned at all. he sure looked to have his faculties as he was yelling at the ref through wide eyes and seemingly steady legsthe stoppage was slightly early, but Walker was stunned and Wilson was letting his hands fly with no response, Smoger would've let it go longer and that could've been worse or better for Walker, but the truth is Travis Walker could only blame himself for that loss. At least he acquitted himself in the rematch

I disagree with you big time on this one.
Watch the fight again, his hands went down to his sides and wasn't even protecting himself. He was more really stunned than hurt but had the ref not jumped in he could have got seriously hurt. Anytime you have a heavyweight teeing off on your head and your hands are down it's grounds for a stoppage.

Chris Areola would knock him out.
He had been the victim of the worst early stoppage I've ever seen in their previous fight - 15 seconds into the fight, live on ShoBox, although he wasn't even slightly hurt.

I Think Travis Walker Has Improved A Lot In A Little Amount Of Time And His Aggresive Approach And Great Power May Be Enough To Put Sam Peters On The Canvas For A Long Time, Especially Since Mcline Managed To Do It 3 Times!!!! Peters Has No Chin At All. I Think Travis Will Be A Contender With A Little More Experience.
there was a sparring video up on the main page before walkers last fight of him sparring with tony thompson. thompson was beating on walker like he was a readheaded stepchild.
i actually like walker solely for the fact that he obviously works hard and brings himself to every fight in better shape than the last but he is a limited fighter and he wont be able to overcome his lack of skills against certain fighters. a fight with him and peter would at least be interesting as walker would let it all hang out.

Who is the one that is staying busy? Rahman or Thompson.Damn your wopnderful avatars. Im at work, I can't read your post for long. Um, Thompson would be the one staying busy. Even though Rahman is in the gym all the time now, he is getting a beatdown by sparring partners lately. They say his jab is still heavy and dead-on, but his right hand is seen from space and he can't land. I also heard and have seen footage of him being dropped lately. I saw it against Flores, but have heard he is having trouble with other guys as well. Rock is done and this would be the perfect fight for Thompson imo. Rahman is just pricing himself out of a lot of fights. I heard a rumor about this fight being a possibility, but I hear a lot of rumors that never materialize.
Peter is a bit of a reach, but Rahman and Arreola aren't. However, Arreola and Walker are both promoted by Goosen-Tutor. So right now they probably won't fight, even though the fight is easy to make. To my knowledge they both have a few more fights on their contracts, but at the end of them they will probably be matched against one another. Right now Rahman is looking for a big payday and it hasn't arrived. But if Tony Thompson doesn't win the Wlad sweepstakes, don't be surprised to see him in with Rahman to stay busy.

thompson vs rahman would be a complete mismatch imo

walker is as good or better than lawrence and sykes who both gave rahman very tough fights. i think walker would beat rock.
Your probably right because Rock hasn't looked very good in his last fights.
Walker/Arreola would be a nice fight that could be shown on ShoBox. As for know all the other guys would beat him up bad and he hasn't done much to be calling out those names.

Didnt Travis Walker struggle to get a split decision over some very, very fat short guy on Showtime about a year ago??
i think his name was garcia...
walker is alright for about 4 rounds, but if he doesent get the KO at that point the wheels come off the wagon. his stamina is shit and he doesent have the discipline to keep his punches tight when he tires.
that being said, there is no reason to think he shouldnt call out rahman and arreola.. walker would be arreolas biggest win, and he would be rahmans biggest win in quite awhile.
walker has come quite a ways since drawing with jason gavern, and he has shown recently that he is willing to work himself into good shape weight wise, which is more than you can say for rahman or peter
Speaking of Estrada, he's fighting Forrest Whitaker in April on FNF...
yeah, double header with joe mesi, here in lincoln, too bad i can't make it.......
travis walker the one who jason estrada ????
he is ok, nothing to be excited about:
