i want roy jones to win but silva is a decent striker jones needs to take this fight though you're nuts. silva is a decent striker for MMA. against other mma fighters who don't have any boxing defensive techniques and are wearing tiny gloves with which they can't block punches and silva could hit harder with. In boxing, its a whole different playing field. Silva would get hit easily and would have a hard time hitting a half decent defensive fighter. Nobody in the mma has any head movement skills. and silva is more known for his muay thai (elbows and knees) and brazilian jiu jitsu than punching skills.

Silva has very good striking from what I've seen of him, however, I don't think he'd be able to keep up with RJJ, even at Roy's age. I'd watch it.

Doesn's Silva have a 1-1 record in boxing. He has good striking skills for sure, but in boxing he would be only limited to his hands and against even an old RJJ it would be hard for him to win and I don't think he could. Silva is the best P4P in MMA and he should stick to that because that's the arena where he can use all his skills.
