Foreman has to be up there historically. Peter was supposed to be, after the McCline fight, I'm not so sure. Vitali was a good one, not sure if he'll ever fight again. Miranda has a pretty decent chin and a ton of power. Pavlik, even Abraham. For active fighters, I'd probably have to go with David Tua, though I wish he would quit fighting tomato cans and work toward another title shot before he gets much older.

In history, it's Marciano or Hagler.
