The name of the game is to state a boxer's name, then address his strenghts and weaknesses, and then list another boxer's name that the next person critiques...
So I guess I'll start this off...
Jermain "Bad Intentions" Taylor:
Strenths- When he decides to throw the jab it has the power of other fighter's crosses, and he has magnificent power in his right hand
Weaknesses- Doesn't maneuver around the ring well easily caught on the ropes. Doesn't use his athleticism to his advantage on defense and is easily tagged.
Alright...
Joe Calzaghe...
i'm resurrecting this thread...
Miguel Cotto
Strengths: Good body work, good overall boxing skills, shows a lot of versatility
Weaknesses: The chin is a little shaky, and struggles with fighters with quick hands that can get to that aforementioned chin
Manny Pacquiao
Goodboxfella
Strengths: Huge amount of time on his hands; never appears to get bored of churning the same drivel out again and again; appears to actually be in love with Bernard Hopkins; low iq makes him almost impervious to negative coments posted in his directions
Weaknesses: I'll leave that to other posters, I might get RSI
LOL :lol1:
I'll do Slappy one more time: Sloppy, slappy, wild, open for counters, extremely overrated.
Bhop's strengts: Great counter puncher, intelligent boxer, powerful counter right, tough, disciplined, good game overall.

This was a good idea, but the thread has been fucked up by people who can't follow simple instructions.
that jessica alba? shes so hooot!? and yeh people feckin up thread so il stay on track.
Kelly pavlik
Strengths - power,heart,big for his wieght class,stamina
Weakness- suspect chin,speed
Roy jones jr
Amir Khan
Strengths : Power ,Speed ,accuracy ,Good timing
Weakness : does'nt bring his hands back to the guard position when he flurries when his oponent is on the ropes & stays in range while doing so
is to straight up making himself a bigger target to hit ,cannot fight inside ,leans back away from punches when pulling out ,takes way to many chances cause he think he is to quick to get timed & countered which he found out was'nt the case against Willie Limond & the higher he steps up in class the more evident this will become
basically he has a terrible defence but his hand speed & Range has kept him out of danger so far in his career besides the Limond fight ,all that said he has tremendous talent & can work on those defensive flaws he is still very young & a very good fighter who showed a lot of heart to come back against Limond

and he draws his right hand back like he is firing a Bow & Arrow
David Haye:
Strenghts: His athleticism, power, speed & reflexes. Not a one-dimensional puncher (uses jabs, straights, hooks and uppercuts).
Weaknesses: Holes in his defense, keeps his left hand low, suspect chin, drains weight to make CW so his conditioning is suspect as well.

GoodBoxFella

David Haye
Hopkins.
Strengths: Very smart, great a neutralizing his opponent's main weapon, very good chin, right hand lead,.
Weaknesses: Low workrate, gets overconfident at times.
Vazquez
Strenghts: I wrote a half roman, but the short version would be nearly everything ( punch output, variable, tough, chin, power, jab....)
Weakness: Gets cocky, sometimes open to the straight right hand
Bhop
