Anyone think, Taylor could win by a bad UD?

I have Taylor winnin on a UD by 3 or 4 rounds imo. I can't wait to watch this fight. Hopefully this will be a classic and we have a trilogy.

My case in point for this thread. I believe Taylor's career has been made up of gift decisions when he didn't knock his opponent out. This couldn't be more evident than the fact that he was winning against Pavlik which I don't care which rounds you give Pavlik or Taylor, at the point of the stoppage, Pavlik should have been ahead. Even Pavlik seemed shocked to hear that when Merchant told him he was behind on the scorecards. It's like, Taylor's wasted energy or something he does but really isn't doing, makes him look good enough for the judges. It's disgusting. all true my brother!

Taylor has had conditioning problems. I cant see him making it into the later rounds honestly. Kelly will wear him down and stop him. The only real chance I give Taylor is if he just comes out and goes for broke early and tries to knock Pavlik out. Yes, Pavlik can win 8 rounds and Taylor would still get the decision, the judges were going to screw Pavlik in the last fight if he didn't knock Taylor out, those cards were ridiculous, Taylor just doesn't lose a decision. thats right! see njord i am not the only one who thinks that!

The cards weren't bullshit. It's fine if you disagree but there are plenty of people who thought Jermain Taylor was genuinely winning the fight. How does Taylor have to take it for you to tip your hat to him? I'll admit he gets love from judges even when he has looked less than stellar, but I wouldn't go so far as to assume a decision in his favor is going to be a gift. the cards were not even close! thats the issue! if the fight was close and they had jermain ahead by a little which is fine, but 6 rds to 1, or 5 to 2? if u think thats ok than i have nothing else to talk to u about! i will tip my hat when he deserves it!

One of the judges, Julie Lederman, gave Pavlik only ONE round in the fight, the other two gave him two rounds. I'd say Julie's card was BS for sure.

i think a bad decision, due to political reasons can go either way: a taylor win would be a good setup for a 3rd match but a pavlik win would continue the momentum he is having popularity wise, as an undefeated fighter so hopefully these reasons for bias cancel each other out and they score it fairly

I hate to read between the lines but I hope if Taylor wins a close fight- but actually wins- you give him credit. All Jermain can get out of this is some measure of lost pride and a bit of respect. Pavlik remains champion, anyway. If Pavlik wins he'll get credit. From me and I hope everyone else. I think if it goes to the cards, Taylor will win the fight whether he deserves it or not. And the decision will cause much comotion because the first was a difficult fight to score. Many experts had Taylor outboxing Pavlik, many had Pavlik outpunching Taylor. So we'll see. I think something controversial could go down for sure
