Which are you happier you witnessed?

As far as a "BLOOD AND GUTS" war, sure, as a fan, I like to see that war with Ward and Gatti. From a pure capitalist stand point though, my wallet can't lie with all the money I won from "true" Mexicanos that placed bets on DLH...:lol1: The shit is still funny to me. Thats my answer.

Once again, I agree! Bowe/Holyfield trilogy was pretty good, especially the first fight. Oh I know the first fight was money. It is up there for my favorite FOTY that I have seen. Bowe-Holyfield I Robinson-Gatti I Ward-Gatti I Those are my favorites. Yes, no Corrales-Castillo I, fucking sue me.

I agree, I think the other 2 fights are extremely overrated. The first fight was a classic and is one of my favorite fights of all time. In terms of trilogy vs. trilogy, I think Barrera/Morales kicks Gatti/Ward's ass. Ward/Gatti I was better than all three fights individually, but the combination of the three beats all three Gatti/Ward fights. I need to rewatch parts 2 and 3 of Bowe/Holyfield's trilogy to see how badass it was.

Of course Oscar/Floyd was a much bigger fight and after watching the 24/7 I was extremely excited for the fight. But which was a better fight, Gatti/Ward 1 was the best of the trilogy and easily one of the best fights I've ever seen. I caught the PBF DLH bout live and only saw Ward Gatti I last week but I have to say out of the two, I will end up watching the Ward Gatti fight over and over again. Whereas with PBF DLH, I may only watch it again a few times. The fact that Ward Gatti was a trilogy makes it much more entertaining IMO. I don't know about you two, but personally, I thought that Gatti-Ward II and III fucking sucked compared to their first fight. They were still good fights, but would not have been ranked so highly had the first fight not been absolutely fucking insane.

I wanted to see Floyd kick Oscar's ass ever since 2003 so that was a great night for me to see it come to fruition. Gatti-Ward I was awesome, but Corrales-Castillo I topped it only 3 years later.

ward-gatti was the more entertaining fight but dlh-mayweather was the technically superior fight with more historical significance. and the build up to that fight was classic and I don't know if that will ever be duplicated.

I Have That Fight In My Archive And I Watched It Last Week, Although I Like All Fights To Some Degree, I Would Much Rather Watch A Blood And Guts Fight, Then A Boreing Tactical Like The May Vs De La Hoya. Don't Get Me Wrong, I Do Like That Tactical Stretegic Type Fights, But If I Had To Choose, I Wanna See Blood, And Haymakers Going Wild.

In honesty, I felt that the champions fighting a tactical match was the better pick in my first poll, but then I thought about a specific instance of it, and decided to see if I was the only one who had that little conviction in what I had voted for originally. Im only kidding, I voted for Gatti Ward but actually like skilled brawls like Marquez vs Vasquez the best.
