I think hes so good he wins a title this year, hes had a huge amateur background,so he doesnt have to wait to have 20 pro fights, his promotor wants a title fight in his 10th fight
Out of ALL the prospects on my list, and probably all the prospects in boxing and some champions, ive never seen someones first 7 pro fights so good in terms of there opponents, hes got everything and more to be a champ
I watched one of his fights on Youtube and damn was he fast. His hands were real quick and he liked to let them go. His head movement was great plus his foot speed was great as well. Im kind of worried how low he holds his hands, but his reflexes are so fast he's hard to hit. Definitely see him being in a meaningful fight soon and possibly being champ by the end of the year. A fight in the future that would be interesting would be Linares/Gamboa.
Look at my avatar :-)
I've seen some of his fight pro and amateur
Wba has him 5th at featherweight and the Wbc has him 12th at super featherweight. He could school Valero right now.
First resume I think I've seen ever where the first 7 names all had winning records. I saw one of his fights on Youtube, his last one, and he looked wicked fast and powerful, though with some defensive lapses. He's 28, with an extensive amatuer background, if he stays on the fast track, he might have a title within a year. At 5'5" though he might want to go back to featherweight.
He just turned 26 and height doesn't win fights, skills do.
